Dr Alireza Yavari is an accomplished, professional and well-traveled international Lawyer and Arbitrator.

Having studied and practiced law extensively throughout the world, he specializes in the drafting and review of major international Commercial contracts and practices the fields of International Investment Law, International Trade Law and Dispute Resolution.

Dr. Alireza Yavari is the Deputy President for International Affairs at the Iran Chamber of Commerce. he has worked and is still working as a Legal Expert at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law ( UNCITRAL ) at the UN Office in Vienna and New York since 2019; he is also a Task Force Member at the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Dr. Yavari is the alumnus of different reputable universities and legal institutes around the world such as the Paris- Sorbonne University; the George Washington University; Leiden University; the diplomatic Academy of Vienna and so on.

In terms of business, Dr. Yavari is a real-estate developer in the UAE and Iran and is also active in the Coffee Business. As an Environmentalist lawyer he has published a plethora of articles on Climate Change and Environmental Protection.
